Mohit Bhatnagar

Mohit is an Operating Partner with Sequoia Capital India. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital, Mohit served as the Senior Vice President - Value Added Services (“VAS”) & Alliances at India's leading telecom company, Bharti Cellular Ltd. At Bharti, his group was responsible for significantly growing the VAS P&L by launching successful innovations in electronic recharging, mobile entertainment, interactive media, mobile email and mobile commerce. Prior to Bharti, Mohit co-founded Brightpod, a wireless solutions enterprise, by orchestrating a spin off from Ericsson. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership positions at Ericsson in Sales, Marketing and Strategy based in North America, Taiwan & Philippines. He received an MBA with distinction from UNC - Chapel Hill and an MSEE in Fiber Optics & Telecom from Virginia Tech.
